1. Question: How can I pick up my postcard?

   Answer: Click on the following link: Pick up your postcard, and enter the number of your postcard.

   Go to the top of the page




2. Question: How can I save my postcard?

   Answer: The easiest way is to print it. You can highlight the postcard with the mouse, and then print the selection. To highlight the postcard, click on it and then move the mouse over the postcard. To print it, go to File in your browser and then click on Print.

You can also save the postcard to your hard disk. Go to File and then, to Save (Page) As or something similar. We advise you to use an empty folder so that you will see all the files easily.

3. Question: The recipient has not received the notification to pick up the postcard or you have not received the copy.

   Answer: At times a postcard may not reach a recipient or the sender may not receive the copy. If this happens to you, the first thing you should check is your spam folder, as the mail to view the postcard could be there.

We have noticed that Hotmail does not always deliver the email generated online. We cannot do anything about it. However, if this should be the case, please use a different email account if possible or read below.

When a postcard is sent, all the necessary information to pick it up is displayed. We recommend printing it or copying it somewhere. It will be very useful if the email to pick up the postcard does not reach its recipient(s).

The sender's number is as follows: 2088520294/Webmaster/webmaster@polse.com/. Have a look at The number of your postcard is 2088520294/Webmaster/webmaster@polse.com/ to see it. In this case, the sender's name is Webmaster.

The addressees are displayed as follows:

Send each addressee his or her number, and they will be able to view your postcard by visiting Pick up your postcard, and entering the number of his or her postcard.

4. Question: Is it a good idea to uncheck the "Send me a copy" option?

   Answer: All the numbers are included in this email, so if someone does not receive the email to pick up the postcard, you can send them their number. Those who unchecked it will not receive this information, although it is also shown when a postcard is sent.

5. Question: If a postcard does not reach the recipient, could you send me the number?

   Answer: Of course we can. You just have to email us and include the date it was sent and the recipient's email address. Please note that we will only send the number to the same email address to which the postcard was sent or to the sender.

6. Question: The number to pick up my postcard does not seem to work.

   Answer: You can change from one language to another inside the same database. However, you can also enter a different language by clicking the links next to the banner above. In this case, you need to go to the appropriate database to pick it up. Please have a look at the following links and try again:

Please bear in mind that the postcard may have expired, and hence it has been deleted from the database. A postcard is kept in the database for thirty days.

7. Question: The thirty-day period to pick up a postcard has elapsed.

   Answer: The postcard is removed from the database automatically once this period has gone by. Please print it or store it somewhere before that happens.

8. Question: I have just uploaded a music file, but I do not hear the music.

   Answer: You will see the following: Click on "Preview" below to listen to your music. You have to write the postcard first, and then press the Preview image or button.

9. Question: What is the address book for?

   Answer: It will allow you to send postcards without having to type the email addresses. When you are writing a postcard, you have the option to enter the address book and add up to fifty recipients with a couple of clicks.

10. Question: I cannot log on to the address book.

   Answer: There are three databases. Please click on the links below and try again:
Address Book in English
Address Book in Spanish
Address Book in Catalan

11. Question: I have uploaded a music file, a poem or an image; could you tell me how long it will be on your site?

   Answer: Image files and poems are kept for thirty days after a postcard has been sent; music files, for fifteen days. If you want your postcard to be delivered in two or three months, please use the poems, music and images available on this site.

12. Question: Is it free to send a postcard?

   Answer: Yes, absolutely free.

13. Question: Someone is spamming me via your postcard site.

   Answer: Sorry about this. Please email us and we will ban your email address from being used on our postcard site.

14. Question: How do I upload my own image?

   Answer: Click on the following link Upload your own image, and follow all the steps. No-one but you and the recipients of your postcard will see the picture. If you want to send us drawings, photos..., click here.

15. Question: How do I upload music or my voice?

   Answer: Choose an image from this site or add yours, and follow the steps. In one of them, you will see the option to upload a music file. Nobody but you and the recipients of your postcard will have access to your music file. If you want to send us midi files, click here.

16. Question: Can I include my own poem in a postcard?

   Answer: Choose an image from this site or add yours, and follow the steps. In one of them, you will see the option to upload a poem. If you want to send us a poem written by you, email us. We recommend you to visit our Writer's Place at Polseguera.com.
