2. Question: How can I save my postcard?

Answer: The easiest way is to print it. You can highlight the postcard with the mouse, and then print the selection. To highlight the postcard, click on it and then move the mouse over the postcard. To print it, go to File in your browser and then click on Print.

You can also save your postcard to your hard disk. When you open it, you will see a button to download all the parts. Click there and follow the instructions. Note too that you have to place all the files in the same folder, and then click on the html file on your computer to view it correctly.

3. Question: The recipient has not received the notification to pick up the postcard or you have not received the copy.

Answer: At times a postcard may not reach a recipient or the sender may not receive the copy. If this happens to you, the first thing you should check is your spam folder, as the mail to view the postcard could be there. You should also make sure that the email addresses used are correct. Typical typos: homail.com, hotmeil.com, gmil.com...

When a postcard is sent, all the necessary information to pick it up is displayed. We recommend printing it or copying it somewhere. It will be very useful if the email to pick up the postcard does not reach its recipient(s).

The sender's number is as follows: 2088520294/Webmaster/webmaster@polse.com/. Have a look at The number of your postcard is 2088520294/Webmaster/webmaster@polse.com/ to see it. In this case, the sender's name is Webmaster.

The addressees are displayed as follows:
Your postcard has been sent to 2 email addresses:
Info/info@polse.com
Postcards/postcards@polseguera.com

The number for each recipient above is as follows:
2088520294/Info/info@polse.com
2088520294/Postcards/postcards@polseguera.com

Send each addressee his or her number, and they will be able to view your postcard by visiting Pick up your postcard, and entering the number of his or her postcard.
